Usable Research and Consulting (URC) is a customer experience strategy, design research and usability consultancy based in Columbus, Ohio with research in North America, Europe and South America. Our research experience includes digital marketing, ecommerce, retail environments and product design.

URC helps companies understand their customers so they can attract and retain more of them. We conduct research to discover customer’s unmet needs and identify their behaviors.
